Shipping
Most of our products can be delivered to anywhere in Australia or can picked up by arrangement from our farm in Ashbourne, South Australia. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for all pick up orders. If product is not being picked up we aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days of your order being placed.
Shipping details for Liquid Tonic products
- We offer free shipping on 5L and 20L sizes of VermiGold™ Liquid Tonic. Please contact us directly for shipping rates for the 1,000L size.
Shipping details for Live Worm products
- Free express shipping is available with the purchase of VermiGold™ Live Compost Worms and Live Bait Worms.
Live worms cannot be sent to Western Australia and Northern Territory due to quarantine restrictions. - Live Worms Garantee:
To ensure worms are delivered in the best possible condition, orders of live worms will only be shipped on Monday’s. Orders received after 9am on Monday’s (South Australian time) will be delivered the following week. Pick up by arrangement from our farm in Ashbourne, South Australia is available Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 48 hours' notice required.
Live worms will require a signature upon delivery. We will guarantee live worm delivery on condition of: (1) Worms are delivered to an address where they can they be signed for on the day of delivery, (2) If no one is available to accept delivery, the worms will be taken to your nearest post depot and collected within 24 hours.
If you meet the above conditions and your worms have perished in transit, please contact us with a photo and we will be in touch to discuss your options.
Returns
We do not exchange or refund for change of mind or incorrect products ordered.If we supply an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. If the product is unopened and intact, we will arrange for the correct product to be sent at no additional cost.
